BTMC Extended Care (a residence program)

Does someone you know need extended (nursing home) care?  BTMC has long-term resident care available for people who need help with daily living and medical assistance.  Our kind staff of caregivers and providers help our residents by providing a well-rounded schedule of care and entertainment that honors each patient’s preferences.   We are proud of the kindness that goes into every interaction we have with our patients, especially our “family” of residents, who face a difficult phase in their lives. We are proud to be rated a 5-star facility by CMS!    Click HERE to see how Medicare.gov  rates nursing homes in our area.
